Austin's ECAD ordinance requires that mandatory energy audits be performed before a property's title can transfer . The Combo gives you an independent third party's estimate of gross living area, high definition subject photos (could help avoid MLS fees), an estimate of value provided by a certified appraiser, and an energy audit done by a BPI Certified Professional registered with the City of Austin.
