How does the appraisal process work?

Once an appraisal order has been recieved Breed and Associates sets up a time to visit the property. On this visit the appraiser measures and takes pictures of the property. Back at the office the appraiser gathers tax information and real estate information from the MLS database, about the subject and its comparables. The appraiser then fills out the appropriate forms with the information gathered and calculates a fair market value for the subject property.
